By declaring "value for carriage ", your shipment value is safe!
 
From Jan 2nd 2008, SF provides the above service in the provinces of Hubei, Hunan, Henan, Sichuan etc;
From Mar 1st 2008, SF provides the above service in the provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and Shanghai;
From May 4th 2008, SF provides the above service in Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong Province (Qingdao, Linyi, Zaozhuang, Rizhao), Fujian Province and Jiangxi Province;
From July 1st 2008, SF provides the above service in Hebei, Gansu, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shanxi, Ningxia, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Shandong and Guangdong Province(Dongguan, Huizhou, Heyuan).

From Aug 1st 2008, SF provides "Declared Value for carriage" throughout the whole country.

 > Voluntary service
The "Delcared Value for carriage" service is not compulsory, you choose!
The charge is 0.5% of the declared value of the shipments. There will be a minimum charge of 1 yuan. Any fraction will be rounded to the nearest number.
For example, the charge of a shipment with a declared value of 160 yuan will be 1 yuan.

 > Choosing the service is simple
When you fill in the Waybill simply tick "yes" or " no"  for "Declared Value for carriage" and fill in the value you want to declare on "declared value" .  Please make sure that the declared value is not more than 20,000 (thousand) RMB for each shipment.

> Flexible payment
When you take advantage of the above service, payment can be made by the shipper or the consignee.
 
> Fast claim settlement
If there is any loss or damage of the declared shipment or shortage of content via the delivery of SF, please contact 4008-111-111 (China) or respective CS Hotline.  One of our specialized staff will respond to your claim quickly and efficiently.
