According to the mensuration of National Seismic Network Center, at 14:28 on May, 12 of Beijing time, a magnitude 8.0 earthquake occurred in Wenchuan County, Sichuan. Influenced by this earthquake, these four provinces of Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Gansu，Shanxi have different degrees of disaster situation. Road transportation and airport transportation are also affected greatly, and airports in some areas have been closed up temporarily.

Presently, aftershocks occur time after time in the disaster area, and the road transportation has not yet completely restored unimpeded; meanwhile, because relief supplies from all parts of the country are being continuously sent to the disaster area, the transporting capacity of roads and airports are greatly restricted; and from May, 13, most of the all-cargo aircrafts of Shunfeng Express Delivery Co., Ltd were expropriated by the state to assist the delivery of relief supplies to help the suffering compatriots in the disaster area.

The existence of these objective situations has direct influence on the time efficiency of the delivery of express mails by Shunfeng Express Delivery Co., Ltd to clients all over the country.
